Orders & Shipping
Where do you ship?
We currently ship Australia wide.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are generally processed within 2–5 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.
Please note processing times may be slightly longer during launches, market weekends, sales and holiday periods.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes — once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details via email.
My order hasn’t arrived — what should I do?
If your parcel appears delayed or missing, please contact us at info@settlerswesternco.com.au and we’ll do our best to assist.
Returns & Exchanges
Do you accept returns?
Yes — we accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery, provided items are unworn, unused and in original condition with tags attached.

Do you offer exchanges?
Absolutely. If you need a different size or item, please contact us and we’ll help where possible, subject to stock availability.
Are any items non-returnable?
For hygiene reasons, socks and undergarments cannot be returned unless faulty.
Gift cards, clearance items and final sale items are also non-returnable.
Discount Codes & Gift Cards
How do I use my discount code?
You can enter your discount code at checkout in the discount code box before payment.
Only one discount code can be used per order unless otherwise stated.
My discount code isn’t working — what should I do?

Do you attend markets?
Yes — we regularly attend markets, events and country shows throughout the year.
You can find all upcoming locations and dates on our Markets page, where we keep our Google Calendar updated with upcoming events and appearances.
Do you offer market pickup?
Where available, local market pickup may be offered at selected events.
If market pickup is available, it will appear as an option during checkout.
Products
Do colours appear exactly the same in person?
We do our best to accurately photograph our products, however colours may vary slightly depending on screen settings and lighting.
Will you be adding more homewares and accessories?
Yes — we’re continually growing our collection of western-inspired clothing, homewares, gifts and country lifestyle pieces.
